Olive Us is a weekly video series created by Ben and Gabrielle Blair and featuring their six kids: Ralph, Maude, Olive, Oscar, Betty and Flora June. You can find their bios below.

The series is made up of short episodes (typically 2 to 5 minutes) and showcases values we care about like working hard, being kind, helping each other, being creative, problem solving and staying positive even when frustrating things happen.

Our family relationships aren’t perfect, but we hope by modeling positive examples in the videos that it will help us practice better relationships in real life.

We teamed with Tiger in a Jar, makers of the prettiest videos on the web, to develop, film and edit the series. They’ve been amazing to work with. We’re selfish and want to keep them all to ourselves so we hope you don’t contact them. (Just kidding.)

We’ve also been working with Geoff Groberg, who composed and produced the music for the theme song. We can’t wait to see what he comes up with for future episodes.

We’re currently living in a farmhouse in the French countryside. For Season 1, the video crew came to France to shoot on location. For Season 2, we filmed in different locations across Utah.

Mini Bios

RALPH is 14 years old. He is obsessed with all things film and wants to travel the world.
Likes: shrimp, movie parties, food
Dislikes: people who dog ear pages, florescent skinny jeans, ketchup

MAUDE is 13 years old. She would craft all day long (and all night long too) and she’s a great dancer.
Likes: doing cartwheels, summer, rock climbing
Dislikes: people who randomly throw tennis balls at her, pop quizzes, coldness

OLIVE is 10 years old. She wants to be an actor and lives for school vacations.
Likes: ice skating, turquoise, shopping
Dislikes: scary movies, stress, seafood

OSCAR is 7 years old. He is interested in “the forest” and having sword fights.
Likes: being a samurai, Power Rangers, ninjas
Dislikes: tripping, dark chocolate, princess movies

BETTY is 6 years old. She wishes she could bake something every day and is a pro at speaking français
Likes: tea parties, ballet, singing
Dislikes: spinach, snakes, and being tickled

FLORA JUNE just turned 2 years old. She goes by June and is currently taking a nap.
Likes: cows, her teddy bear, hot cocoa
Dislikes: her carseat
