This is a really yummy and super easy recipe. It’s especially fun for kids to help with — because they get to squeeze the chopped cucumber. They love it! We eat this Greek dip with veggies, bread, crackers or even our main course (like grilled chicken). Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 clove pressed or finely chopped garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Peel and chop the cucumber, then squeeze out excess water. (Be sure to have your kids wash their hands first!) Mix all the ingredients together and chill.
